The 精神生活 Advisor program is a peer-ministry that is supported by 社区 Living and is led by a resident director. The general responsibility of the SLA is to serve as the chaplain or "spiritual shepherd" to students in the on-campus residential facilities by fostering an atmosphere that encourages spiritual growth through encouragement, support, and accountability.
