The 上升 program is seeking one faculty member from each division to function as the 增加联络 to their division.

The 上升 program would like to provide interested faculty with resources to strengthen students' resilience skills through 有意的 integration of resilience skills with existing and new course materials. The goal is that students will learn about at least one of the six dimensions of resilience as presented in the 上升 Program. Through this 教学津贴, faculty can integrate 上升 resilience skills into the course experience to support students’ well-being.

• Rework at least one syllabus to include 有意的 learning and practice of resilience and share the syllabus with the 上升 program to be included in the faculty resource library
• Incorporate classroom teaching such as a meditation moment, Resilience Tip of the Week, using resilience-related articles in teaching research methods, resilience readings/reflections as appropriate for class, guest speakers, etc.
