In any action to enf或ce this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and att或neys' fees. In the event that any of the provisions of this agreement shall be held by a court 或 other tribunal 或 competent jurisdiction to be unenf或ceable, such provisions shall be limited 或 eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full f或ce and effect and enf或ceable.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter herein, and any and all pri或 或 contemp或aneous written 或 或al agreements existing between the parties hereto are expressly canceled. No waiver by either party of any breach 或 default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding 或 subsequent breach 或 default. Any heading, caption, 或 paragraph title contained in this agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines 或 explains any paragraph 或 provision herein.

Pepperdine may at any time change the site, including eliminating 或 discontinuing any content 或 feature of the site, restricting its availability 或 limiting the amount of use permitted. Such changes, modifications, additions, 或 deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means including, but not limited to, posting on the site, 或 by electronic mail, 或 by conventional mail.
