向前迈进日
Established in 1988 by two 西维尔大学 students, every year our Waves family comes
together to serve nonprofits and their community-at-large on 向前迈进日 in September.
Pepperdine provides the list of service projects — all you have to do is sign up,
show up, and roll up your sleeves to volunteer your time and talents. Projects range
from beautifying neighborhoods, assembling care packages, to serving the homeless.

These are service experiences in September for all current Pepperdine students and employees (faculty and staff) in Malibu and beyond. This volunteerism offers local, ongoing service opportunities to connect with throughout the year as well. Transportation, a light breakfast, and lunch are provided to participants as needed.

Each year, hundreds of alumni connect with their regional network of Waves across the country throughout September to serve in communities where they live. 父母 of alumni, faculty, and staff are also welcome to volunteer.
向前迈进日 is supported by 服务浪潮, a 佩珀代因大学 initiative that supports and connects members of the Pepperdine community who are committed to volunteerism and careers of service.
