小马 Sponsored Projects functions as the central hub in which Pepperdine researchers and research administrators gain full transparency into the entire sponsored research lifecycle. From pre-award to post-award, 小马 Sponsored Projects enables the preparation of proposals and awards, track projects, route them for internal approvals, and manage each step of the sponsored project lifecycle.

Members of the research team (e.g., PIs and Co-PIs) will have access to the 小马 proposal record and will certify routing documents before the proposal is submitted to the sponsor. All Pepperdine personnel will have access to 小马 Sponsored Projects and will be required to use the platform to complete proposal forms and route them for certification and review/approval.
